How do I locate a specific product?If you know the manufacturer part number or description, the Search page may be the quickest way to locate the product. Part number formats often require special search syntax. Follow the search guidelines for best results. Can I order on-line?Currently, we do not offer on-line ordering except by e-mail. If on-line ordering would be useful to you, please let us know. How do I place an order?Our ordering page specifies the various methods by which orders can be made. Do you have a printed catalog?Yes. Request your free copy. We also have a downloadable PDF version (14.5 MB). What is Rebuild/Exchange service?We stock a number of parts already repaired or rebuilt. When a customer purchases one of these, we send out a replacement part to the customer. When the customer receives the part, they send us back their defective one which we then repair and place into our stock.
