Each of these companies makes a very good product that the various HPLC manufacturers use in their detectors.
There probably isn't an HPLC customer representative that wouldn't tell you their lamp is the best lamp for the detector. In some cases, this is probably true. In other cases, it is not. Because the detector and lamp are such critical components of the HPLC analysis, we use the same lamp manufacturers as your HPLC manufacturer whenever possible. If you cannot tell from the lamp photographs in the catalog whether we are using the same manufacturer, please contact us and we will provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision.
